About This Warthog Sculpture:
Warthogs, though often seen as rugged and resilient, also symbolise resourcefulness and adaptability.
In many cultures, they represent strength, courage, and the ability to overcome obstacles with determination.
Honey, with her gentle demeanor and sweet presence, adds a touch of softness to these powerful attributes, reminding us of the beauty in resilience and the strength found in gentleness.
ARTIST STATEMENT:
“As a young professional artist, I am passionate about creating sculptures that capture the essence of animals in a unique and endearing way. My focus on animals allows me to express my love for nature and wildlife in my artwork, and I work in bronze because of its timeless beauty and durability.
My sculptures are meant to induce feelings of joy and warmth, and I strive to bring an individual personality to my pieces. I believe that art has the power to bring people together and to evoke emotions, and I aim to use my sculptures to bring a smile to people’s faces and to brighten up their day.
I have also donated pieces to charity in order to help raise funds and awareness, this is something I am passionate about continuing to do.”
